About Vinyl

Vinyl can be heat pressed (aka heat sealed) onto fabric. Due to the way the heat pressing process works, this particular process has no minimums unlike screen printing or embroidery. It’s also great for highly custom garment additions. Vinyl is the best method for putting individual names on a set of garments. For example, if a group of people are all getting t-shirts with one logo, but they want the t-shirts to have individual names as well, this would be done with vinyl. If you used traditional screen printing, you’d have to make a screen for each name, but with vinyl, it’s a lot easier. Our Vinyl department (called Heat Seal or Thermo internally) also does a number of non-vinyl related tasks, such as heat pressing rhinestones onto garments. Our Tackle Twill department is located in the same room as our Heat Seal Department.
